Garmin analyzer privacy
Your key stays in this browser. Here is where everything else goes.
Your key
- Garmin creates it. You paste it into this page.
- You choose what the browser keeps: the key, only the 24-hour token, or nothing.
- Anyone using this browser profile could see what it keeps. Skip saving on a shared computer.
What our server does
- Garmin blocks direct requests from web pages, so each request passes through a NAVIG server (a stateless relay).
- It swaps your key for a token once, then passes read-only requests.
- It does not store or log your key, token or data.
- This page has no analytics.
What this browser keeps
- Your activities, tracks and wellness data, so the page opens fast.
- Your export settings.
- The demo is never saved.
What other companies see
- OpenFreeMap sees the area you view on the map. If it fails, Esri's map can see it instead, and only after you ask.
- Garmin sees your requests, as it does in Garmin Connect.
Sharing
- Files and links are built in your browser.
- A link holds a summary in the part of the URL after #, which is never sent to a server.
- Anyone with a link or file can keep it.
Delete everything
Choose "Forget everything on this device" on the analyzer page. It removes the key, token, cache and export settings from this browser. It changes nothing at Garmin. To cancel the key, delete it on Garmin's key page.
