Every route on one map
Colour a route by pace, heart rate or elevation, and scrub it with the charts.
The map provider can see which area you view. Your routes are drawn on your device.
Everything you've recorded
Search and filter, including indoor sessions with no GPS.
Training and fitness trends
Load, VO₂ max and efficiency over time.
Sleep, HRV and recovery
See the night before each session. These are your watch's recorded values, not medical advice.
Your fastest efforts
Best times at standard distances, from the tracks loaded here. Not official personal bests.

How to get a Garmin key
- Open connect.garmin.com/app/settings/personalApiToken and sign in.
- Click Create Key and accept Garmin's terms.
- Choose 1 year. A shorter expiry works too.
- Click Create, then copy the key. Garmin shows it only once.
- Paste it into the box above and click Connect my Garmin.
Garmin's Personal API is for your own data. Do not paste anyone else's key.
Where your key goes
Garmin creates your key and you paste it here. It is saved only in this browser.
Garmin blocks direct requests from web pages, so each request passes through a NAVIG server on the way. That server does not store or log your key, token or data.
Your activities and wellness data are cached in this browser so the page opens fast. "Forget everything" deletes the key, token and cache. It does not touch anything at Garmin. To cancel the key itself, delete it on Garmin's key page.

Questions
What is the NAVIG Garmin analyzer?
An unofficial viewer for your own Garmin activities and wellness data, with maps, charts and exports in your browser.
Is the demo real data?
No. The demo is sample data, including the Singapore routes. It does not describe a real person.
Do I give NAVIG my Garmin password?
No. You create a Personal API key on Garmin's site and paste that. Never enter your password here.
Does NAVIG store my key?
No. If you choose, your browser saves it. It passes through a NAVIG server to reach Garmin, and we do not store or log it.
How long does the Garmin token last?
24 hours, or until your key expires. Garmin has no refresh tokens, so we swap your key for a new token when needed.
Can I use it without saving my key?
Yes. Keep only the 24-hour token, or save nothing. You paste the key again when the token runs out.
Does "Forget everything" cancel my Garmin key?
No. It clears what NAVIG saved in this browser. To cancel the key, delete it on Garmin's key page.
Why are some sleep, HRV or power values missing?
Your watch and settings decide what Garmin records. Missing values show as unavailable, never as zero.
Can it tell me if I am overtraining?
No. It charts your watch's estimates and shows patterns in your own history. It is not medical advice.
Is this a Strava Wrapped alternative?
It gives you a year view of your Garmin activities without Strava. It does not import from Strava.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Download images, PDF reports, GPX, GeoJSON, CSV, JSON and more, all built in your browser. For Garmin's original FIT files, use Garmin Connect.
Is NAVIG affiliated with Garmin?
No. It is an independent project. Garmin is a trademark of Garmin Ltd.
NAVIG is an independent Garmin Connect viewer. It reads your own activities and wellness data through Garmin's Personal API. Garmin does not make or endorse it.
